Original Release 3/25/20: I'd first like to offer my sympathies to everyone who has been impacted by the coronavirus. It's important that we all play our part to keep everyone healthy and contain the epidemic as best we can. Thus, the scheduled COZI Meetup Lunch at Champps is cancelled.

The restaurant closures and social distancing may continue for some time, so instead of delaying our Meetup indefinitely we are going to host a WEBINAR ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25TH, 2020 from 11:30am-12:30pm.

The topic will be "How The Coronavirus Will Affect Opportunity Zone Investing" and we will dive into the economic ramifications of the current epidemic and how to navigate a pending recession.

Recessions are hard for anyone to celebrate but believe it or not, a recession right now could be very good for Opportunity Zone investors who are invested into a fund that is well positioned to take advantage of discounted properties and less competition, all while playing an ever important role of improving local neighborhoods during trying times.

Please SAVE THE DATE and time for this week's webinar, and be on the lookout for the webinar meeting link tomorrow or Wednesday.

I look forward to interacting with all of you on the webinar this week. In the meantime, please stay healthy.
