Alts Expo is a national event for investors interested in alternative asset investments. Investments funds from around the country presented investment options including agriculture/farms, Opportunity Zones, real estate, energy, and various businesses. CBUS OZ FUNDS presented the CBUS Opportunity Zone Fund III which investments in renovating and building housing and mixed-use properties in the urban neighborhoods surrounding downtown Columbus.
